Each project begins with an initial consultation and on site assessment. This meeting is where we work to understand your expectations and walk the site. No two demolition plans are the same.
Next, we develop a comprehensive estimate for your project. This includes an itemized cost breakdown of the description of work and how we will complete it. Also included in the demolition plan is our estimated timeframe for completion.
We'll work with local authorities to ensure our proposed demolition plan will be compliant with all local and environmental regulations. We will pull all permits needed, which typically include a demolition permit and utility disconnect permit, and occasionally environmental assessments and/or asbestos abatement permits.
Once all necessary paperwork and approvals are in place, our team will notify you of the start date. As progress is made, we'll keep you updated on anticipated completion date. We strive to keep projects on time and on budget. Along the way, if there are any unanticipated changes to what was discussed in the demolition plan, we will notify you right away.
At the end of every project, the final step for our team members is to haul off debris and perform site clean up. We leave every site ready for the next phase of your project, disposing of hazardous waste, removing debris, and ensuring the property is safe.
Once all work has been completed and the site cleaned of debris, we schedule a final walk through with you. This is our chance to address any concerns you might have with the work that has been completed.
