How It Works: Our Residential Demolition Process

From permit to final inspection — here's exactly what to expect when you hire DS Demolition. No surprises, no shortcuts.

Before any work begins, we secure a master demolition permit from the local building department — Martin County, St. Lucie County, City of Port St. Lucie, City of Fort Pierce, Palm Beach County, or the relevant municipality — along with sub-permits for licensed electrical and plumbing contractors. A Notice of Commencement is filed with the County, and all required documentation is posted on-site. Every project we take on is fully permitted — no exceptions.
